Mandy Archer is a freelance writer from Surrey. She lives and works in Epsom with her two boys. Kirsteen Harris-Jones left school at 16 and attended the North Wales school of art and design. Her career has spanned lots of areas from advertising houses, creative/ graphic design houses and even animation studios. Then, after 20 yrs and a huge semi- break to stay at home and look after my children, she has remained busy as a freelance artist. Her achievements to date are winning the NEWI Caldecott prize, and a highly commended at Macmillan for 'Gilda's brother'.
