Description

Understanding Your Cat will teach you everything you need to know about how to communicate with your cat! Only through true understanding can we form loving and lasting bonds with our feline companions, so it is doubly important that we learn to interpret the sounds and postures that they use to talk to us. Understanding Your Cat will teach you all you need to know to communicate effectively with your pet, from learning the difference between a yowl and a mew, to identifying what it means when your cat's hair stands on end. Understanding Your Cat will also explain how cats perceive the world and how they would interpret your behaviour, which will allow you to adapt your habits to make your feline feel safe and contented. With this increased understanding, you can promote better communication, prevent problems and resolve behavioural difficulties. With chapters entitled: 'How to Bond with your Cat', 'Touch and Healing', 'Talk with your Cat', 'Super-Sense', 'How to Live with your Cat', 'Your Cat's Sixth Sense' and 'Cat Behaviour A-Z', you'll have access to everything you might need to know when interacting with your cat. Understanding Your Cat will even delve into the characteristics and traits of over 40 different breed personalities, so that you can more specifically tailor your actions and intonations to your particular cat's needs. You'll never again feel at a loss when your cat caterwauls at you!
