Description

Nicole Bridges is fleeing her so called-perfect life and her crooked bully of a husband. Dominic won't be happy when he discovers she's gone, and he'll be determined to find her, so she knows the only way she can hope to escape is to reinvent herself...Nicole changes her name to Eliza and drives until she comes across a tiny town in the Flinders Rangers. Feeling relatively safe amongst the friendly locals, Eliza decides to rent a room and begin the long road to healing and regaining her confidence...Gradually Eliza ventures out and the townsfolk start to call on her to look after things when they're out of town or when they need a hand with something. Eliza also helps out in the general store and becomes a governess for two rather unruly children...During an excursion to some nearby ruins, Eliza becomes fascinated with one of the families who lived there during the 1800s. Then disaster strikes, throwing her life into disarray. Just as Eliza thinks things can't WC possibly get any worse, her ex-husband arrives in town, determined to take her home and punish her.....With a cracker plot and nail-biting suspense, Indigo Storm is the story of a courageous woman fiercely determined to reclaim her life and her belief in herself...
